Compared to 2017 there has been an increase in the number of visitations by 4.2% in 2018 and this is the very reason why Orlando managed to regain its #1 position as the most visited tourist destination in the US.

There have been new groundbreaking Milestones recorded by Orlando for the year 2018, first the number of US visitors reached an all time high of 68.55 million (+4.1%), second the number of international visitors has increased by 5.4% reaching 6.48 million, third Orlando International Airport (OIA) regains its position as Florida’s busiest airport in Florida with 47.7 million passengers and fourth OIA’S International arrivals increased by 11.64 % reaching 6.6 million passengers.
