Freebird mobile Solution Gains on Performance Post Partnership with Traxo

A new partnership was initiated between the Dallas-based Traxo, the leader in travel data aggregation and itinerary intelligence; as well as the Freebird, the leader in flight disruption management on Monday (April 08) during the ACTE Global Summit in Chicago.

The joint venture is being hoped to be of much help when it comes to disrupted flight bookings even when the person has booked the flight from a third-party corporate travel agency or by any other means outside the company portal.

Partnering with Traxo has provided more leverage to Freebird as previously when a passenger booked his ticket outside of the company’s travel management company (TMC) or online booking tool (OBT) those bookings were invisible to the platform. Subsequently, Freebird was unable to provide for alternatives for something it cannot detect. With Traxo the tracking has got a lot better and that is how the partnering has helped Freebird provide better seamless services to its passengers.

Freebird mobile solution has provided passengers who have faced with different kinds of flight disruption to get an alternate option as soon as their flight has been cancelled. According to study approximately 5 percent flights face some sort of the disruption or the other, and when it does solutions like Freebird saves up to 4.1 hours of time on an average per booking when passengers don’t have to go stand on the queue again.

Freebird becomes one of the dozen travel solutions which had joined hands with Traxo. The data aggregation company offers seamless integration of its corporate travel data with its downstream travel management services that includes duty of care providers, expense management applications, price assurance service and recently flight disruption protection as well.
