Nintendo is Hosting a Road Trip Tour in the US to display Demos of its Latest Games

The Nintendo Switch Road Trip Tour will hit the roads in the US starting June this year.  The road show will bring demos of its latest games to the participants of the show who can get hands-on playtime with Super Mario Maker 2, Super Smash Brothers Ultimate, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Pokemon Let’s Go Pikatchu, Pokeman Let’s Go Eevee, Overcooked ! 2, Super Mario Party and  Splatoon 2.

The Tour will commence on June 26th and will end on Oct 26th, the Nintendo Switch Road Trip will visit 13 locations where the participants will be able to play 8 different games, receive free gifts and many more.

The 13 different stops of the road show are:

  1. Navy Pier, Chicago, Illinois
  2.  Summerfest –Milwaukee, Illinois
  3. California State Fair- Sacramento
  4. California, Bite of Seattle- Seattle, Washington
  5. Musikfest- Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
  6. Iowa State Fair- Des Moines, Iowa
  7. Kentucky State Fair-Louisville Kentucky
  8. The Great New York State Fair- Syracuse, New York
  9. Minnesota State Fair
  10. New Mexico State Fair- Albuquerque, New Mexico
  11. LA County Fair- Pamona California
  12. The Big E- West Springfield, Massachusetts and
  13. Georgia National Fair- Perry Georgia.

During the road tour families will also get a chance to take snapshots with “fun photo opportunities” and participate in Nintendo themed challenges. Senior Vice President of sales & marketing Nintendo of America, Nick Chavez has confirmed the event, in a press release she said “The Nintendo Switch Road Trip highlights the portability of Nintendo Switch as we travel the country to bring our games directly to fans. Whether you are visiting a state fair or just out for the day with a family, our event provides an opportunity to relax, play some games and have some fun.”
