I had a wonderful experience booking through TravelMerry. The customer care agent Leon reached out to me prior to check in to offer his assistance. I had already checked in but could not get window seats. Leon immediately swung into action, made a call to the airline and ensured I got window seats for both legs of my flight. Thank you Leon and the entire TravelMerry team!

I would like to give them a 5 star rating because they were nice and easy to connect with. I got my booking updated through emails and calls which was nice. Leon made sure i got my tickets as well as he made sure that everything was good.

This my 1st time working with Travel Merry, and it won’t be the last! I booked a last minute anniversary trip to Maui, and I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Walter. While planning this last minute trip I ran into some obstacles. However, Jennifer was there every step of the way! At one point I I became very stressed, but Jennifer made me feel calm, and at ease with her professional and poised demeanor. Jennifer went above and beyond providing me with different options for my travel plans, and she would answer my calls at all times. Even afterwards she called and updated me in full detail about my flight itinerary and letting me know of the charges to my credit card. I give Travel Merry and especially Jennifer 5 stars for their service!

We recently booked our tickets with TravelMerry. The pricing was very very competitive. Lisa was very responsive and got things addressed promptly. Leon got the boarding passes right on time at the checkin window, so that eliminated one thing to remember about checkin. Icing on the cherry was with they got me premium economy seats on the final long leg of the journey when we just paid for economy. Will definitely recommend and plan to book again.

I saw travel merry on skyscaner for tha first time and the prices were very budget friendly so I thought to give them a try. I got calls for every update on my booking which was a little bit irritating but overall it was nice. Thanka leon for your help.
