Yes, you can make the booking using Visa and Master card. All payments will be on US Dollars.
Most discounted airline tickets are non-refundable. Although non-refundable tickets are the most affordable, they are also the most restrictive, and do not allow refunds. These restrictions make it possible for TravelMerry to offer specials in addition to our already discounted airfares, helping you find the best deals to the destinations you want to visit.
Note that refund restrictions are listed on our website. You must agree to these terms and conditions prior to making a reservation by selecting Book. If you decide to cancel a reservation, you will be subject to the terms of the cancellation as stated in TravelMerry.com Terms and Conditions.

If you are not having the login details for My Booking area, then, please use the forgot password link. On the forgot password page, use your email address that's been used while making the booking. The login details will be sent your email address.

Airlines can alter their flight availability, seat inventory and price instantly based on demand. We monitor these changes closely and make every effort to display the lowest and most current fares. However, between the time of your flight search and the time your reservation is ticketed, fares may have increased or sold out due to high demand. When this happens, we make every effort to accommodate you by suggesting alternative flight and price options.
Yes, Please call us to hold a reservation for you. Subject to Airline conditions, we will hold the booking where your travel date starts after 7 days. We can hold your booking for few days depending upon airline and routes. Please note that hold booking price is not guranteed until its paid and ticketd however we will make every effort to give your hold booking as you choosen.
Occasionally, airlines must make changes to their flight schedules to accommodate changes in equipment, routing or capacity. Some of these changes are minor and may involve a change of aircraft, flight number of a slight change in arrival and/or departure time. Some of the changes are more severe and result in a change to the departure city, arrival date or date of travel.
TravelMerry.com will make all reasonable efforts to notify you if your reservation is impacted by an airline schedule change once TravelMerry is notified by the airline. Since schedule changes can occur at any time, we strongly encourage passengers to verify departure times and flight numbers up to 72 hours prior to departure.
If a major schedule change has occurred and the new flight(s) are unacceptable, please call our customer service team on +1-800-340-6357. Note that all options are at the discretion of the airline. If you are not happy with the alternatives provided by us or airline then you can ask for the full refund.
Additional passengers must make a new flight reservation to book their travel. Keep in mind that fares are constantly changing, and TravelMerry.com cannot guarantee the availability and/or original fare of the flight.
Depending on the airline(s) you have selected, you may be able to request specific seats. When making a booking on TravelMerry.com select Seat Preference in the Additional Requests section. Get your airline confirmation code (example: XYD3RT) from your itinerary.
Within 24 hours of your flight, go to Airline website.
You will need your boarding pass and a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license / passport) to check in.
Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight for domestic flights, and at least 3 hours before international flights.
For a fee of 15 USD, you can cancel the booking with in 24 hours for what so ever the reason. And if you do not opt for 15 USD cancellation policy then 150 USD applies for the cancelation fee with in 24 hours from the booking time. After 24 hours, Airline cancellation fee plus admin fee of 150 USD will be applicable for cancellations. In some cases the tickets can be not refundable. Please call us on +1-800-340-6357.
